We have been renting homes at Cape San Blas through Teresa’s Beach Homes for about 15 years and keep coming back to them year after year. You just can’t beat a small family owned business that gives the kind of personalized service we have received at each of the homes we have rented. On the very rare occasions when we had an issue (for example we had a small plumbing leak in the kitchen one year, they had a plumber at the house almost immediately and the issue was fixed in under an hour.) This particular house is one we have gone back to over and over. It is in a nice quiet area of the cape with direct beach access and all the amenities you could want. We will continue to rent through Teresa and have, in fact, already booked for 2026!
