It’s A Shore Thing

This is not our first time renting from Teresa’s Beach Homes!! We absolutely love their rentals. Always ready on time, clean and had no issues whatsoever! I can’t recommend them enough!

This was our fourth stay at “It’s a Shore thing.” We like the location, private pool, elevator, well equipped kitchen and more. We’ve vacationed on the cape for more than forty years. We highly recommend working with Teresa’s.

This is one of the nicest houses we have rented on the Cape. It is well-appointed and well-maintained. It is a very short walk to the beach and in a nice area that isn’t too congested. Terri was great to work with and very quick to reply to messages. We would not hesitate to book this house and use Teresa’s in the future.

We enjoyed our first trip to the Cape. The short distance from the house to the beach, along with the pool, made it that much better. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We will be back again!

This is the perfect beach house! Close to beach, great pool, beautiful house with the best views! The out door furnishings are so nice! Inside is gorgeous! I hope to rent again next year! I hate to say this but an outdoor fridge downstairs and outdoor ceiling fans would really be great too.

We love Shore Thing! It was our fourth stay there. It meets all our criteria……ground level entry, elevator, private pool, well equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated and more. We’ll be booking again.

Once again we spent Spring Break at Shore Thing. Our kids and grandkids came down from Wisconsin and spent an amazing week at The Cape. As always, the house was perfect and Teresa and crew were very easy to deal with. Thanks for helping to make our vacation fun, yet relaxing.

We had a great stay at It’s a Shore Thing. This was our second time renting this home, and we plan to rent again! The layout is great for our two families. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Great views of the sunset from the deck. Easy, quick walk to the beach.

This was one of many stays with Teresa’s Beach Homes and our second time at It’s a Shore Thing. We love many things about this home…ground floor entry with no steep exterior stairs, elevator, private pool, well equipped kitchen and more. We’ve already booked it for our May trip next year.

We had the best beach vacation ever at It’s a Shore Thing! From the moment that we booked until we (sadly) drove away, our expectations were far exceeded. We will most definitely be returning to Teresa’s Beach Homes for our next beach stay!

We spent Spring Break at It’s a Shore Thing in 2023 and 2024. With two children who are teachers and 5 school-aged grandchildren, it’s the perfect time to bring the family together. It’s a Shore Thing is well equipped and the layout is perfect for a family gathering. We were able to spend time every day at the beach and pool. Both were enjoyed by all. People are always surprised that we don’t “go out” while we’re there, but why leave? Shore Thing offers everything we need.

It’s a Shore Thing is everything the website describes! We were 6 adults with 4 children and everyone was so comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and anything you could ever imagine needing in the kitchen. Private pool was amazing. Views of ocean were great! Already considering a return trip!

This home is Fabulous, kitchen is stocked beyond all your needs! Beautiful, very clean, relaxing, pool is awesome! We have stayed in this home 4 years and already have next year booked!!

Working with Terri on our girls trip was a pleasure, she made the process very easy. The house was amazing “It’s a Shore Thing”. Clean, well stocked and plenty of towels. And let me mention the heated pool was a plus!! We’ve already made plans to book the same house for next year!

It’s a Shore Thing lived up to its name. It was the perfect house for 2 families with 4 kids. The house was clean and decorated adorably. Everything you needed in a kitchen was provided. The views for the decks were just as good as being oceanfront. The pool was enjoyed by all especially in the red (or double red) flag days. We absolutely loved our stay.

This was our fist time at It’s a Shore Thing and it was AMAZING> The house was perfect for me and my 9 friends. We had a wonderful time and of course the house was PERFECT. We would have booked again for 2024 but the house was already spoken for. Teresa’s Beach Homes are a great company to deal with. I highly recommend using them if you can.

We rented It’s a Shore Thing earlier this month and loved it. After over forty years of vacationing on the cape, this house checks most of the boxes…private pool, elevator, ground level entry( no steep exterior stairs for entry), great kitchen and his and hers master bedroom closets. We’re already booked for our early May trip next year.

We loved staying at It’s a Shore Thing. It’s practically on the beach; the pool is great; not one thing I can think of to suggest for improvement. The only bad thing about the trip was having to leave.

It’s A Shore Thing was an amazing house to spend our family’s Spring Break. This was our first time at this house but we have already booked for next year. We spent the week with our children and grandchildren. We never even left the property as we had plenty to keep us busy with their amazing pool and close proximity to the beach.
Working with Teresa’s Beach Homes made the booking process so easy. They are also great if a need arises. We have booked through Teresa’s the past several years and are always pleased. Don’t wait! Plan and book your beach vacation at the Cape. You won’t be disappointed.

It’s a Shore Thing exceeded expectations with something for everyone. The well stocked kitchen provided a means to prepare delicious meals. All the puzzles and games enhanced entertainment. The elevator was very beneficial for loading and unloading. When the beach was too cool; the heated pool was a welcome retreat. Evening sunsets were a beautiful backdrop to close each day. It was a Spring Break enjoyed by all! Never disappointed with Teresa’s’ Beach Homes!!

Our family has stayed at It’s A Shore Thing 5 times now (and have already booked our week next year!). Terri and Teresa at Teresa’s Beach Homes are super easy to work with. It’s a perfect house with lots of space for our young adult children, who often bring a friend or two, and we love having our dog with us! The home is gorgeous, well appointed, and the spacious decks allow for great sunset views of the ocean! The private pool is a nice spot to change it up after hours on the beach and the elevator is handy for getting all those groceries upstairs. The Cape is definitely our “Happy Place” and we can’t imagine ever loving another vacation spot as much!

This was our fourth time to CSB, our third time using Teresa’s Beach Homes, first time staying at It’s a Shore Thing. This place was amazing! Impeccably appointed and decorated. Everything you’ll need for a great stay. The private pool was great to have after a long day at the beautiful beach. The elevator came in super handy and easy to use. Grill worked fantastic. Was nice having a little “bathhouse” next to pool. Nice location, easy access to beach. Would highly recommend this spot and Teresa’s Beach Homes for a stay on CSB. We’ve found our little slice of paradise at CSB, and Teresa’s has made it easy to enjoy!

This is our third time using Teresa’s Beach Homes and our family of 6 couldn’t have been any happier. It’s a Shore Thing is a huge, clean, comfortable home that provides everything you need at your home away from home. We cooked 14 meals had everything we needed in the well-stocked, organized kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the master shower was HUGE, the pool was wonderful. It was so convenient having a bathroom and shower outside near the pool and we all had our own bathrooms in the house as well. We brought our small dog with us and are really glad we did. Cape San Blas is our vacation location of choice. Between the house and the beach, we had such a great week! Thanks again for another great summer vacation experience!

Had a wonderful time at Cape San Blas! “It’s A Shore Thing” was a beautiful and comfortable home. The kitchen was lovely and had everything that we needed. It was clean and very well taken care of. I can’t say enough great things about working with Teresa’s Beach Homes. They provided us with a ton of information. Great communication on what to pack (no surprises on what was or was not in the house), where to eat, and what to do. We had one night of not great weather. Teresa’s Beach Homes sent an email ahead of time telling us how to prepare. We had a few minor issues with the pool heating and as soon as we called they had someone out there within the hour to fix it. Customer service was top notch. House was lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience vacation. Will recommend Teresa’s Beach Homes to anyone.

We have been coming to CSB since 2008 and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Very clean nice house with well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable house with nice pool.

I have stayed at It’s A Shore Thing multiple times. This was my first stay here under this rental company. They were terrific during the whole booking process and the stay. They kept me updated on the Cape amd things happening leading to the trip and during the trip. The house was in excellent condition. After 10 years of vacationing at Cape San Blas, I would highly recommend this home and company. The recovery since Hurricane Michael has come along way. The Cape still has the same laid back family vibe. Excited to stay again in the future.

My family and I had three generations staying in this fabulous house. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the kitchen was a delight. We’ve stayed with Teresa’s Beach Homes for many years. They’ve all been clean, comfortable, and well equipped. However, It’s A Shore Thing just may be my favorite.

Shore Thing is a great house. Designed very well. Stocked with first rate kitchen amenities. We have used Teresa Beach Rentals several times and they are always great to work with. We will use them again.

This is our 5th year of vacationing on the Cape, and our 3rd of renting with Teresa’s Beach Homes. I highly recommend Teresa’s! Repeat guests are even given a discount. We’ve stayed in three different properties, and each met and even exceeded our expectations. Great people helping to provide great vacation experiences!

We loved staying at It’s A Shore Thing! The house is beautiful and has an unobstructed view to the beach/ocean. The proximity to the beach is so close, it is literally a one minute walk. This house has everything you need and the pool makes it perfect! Teresa’s Beach Homes was great to work with. We had an A/C issue the first day and Terri was over at the house herself within 20 minutes of our call and got the issue resolved so quickly. I highly recommend this home and would stay there again in heart beat!

We so enjoyed our week at Shore Thing! The house was roomy, and so close to the beach. The pool was so refreshing after a day on the beach. I didn’t think the adults would use it, but we sure did—everyday! The master suite was on the top floor and super nice; for the grandparents, having an elevator was especially helpful! We enjoyed watching sunsets and the night sky from the roomy balconies. We had a problem with the septic tank (that was due to the hurricane I’m sure), but all it took was one call, and a repairman was there within the hour. I think Theresa and her daughter are delightful, and are what makes Theresa’s Beach Homes THE BEST PLACE from which to rent on the cape! Wonderfully hospitable, professional, and determined to get things right for their vacationers, we will definitely use them again.

Rented Shore Thing in July of 2019. It was the perfect vacation home for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen (with everything you need), elevator, pool, excellent views, close to beach, adequate parking. Would stay here again and again. The best fit I’ve found for my family. Also, Teresa’s Beach Homes is a wonderful rental agency–you will not be disappointed.

We spent the first of March 2020 at A Shore Thing. We loved the house, location and the heated pool. Teresa’s Rentals are the best to book through. House is very well maintained, super clean and beautiful inside and out. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect score. Zero complaints. House was immaculate. Renting, communications, and directions were simple and straightforward. Absolutely loved the huge kitchen/dining room/living room being wide open and walking out onto 3rd story ocean front porch. The 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. Heated private pool was so nice for the kids and one final note, if you go in the spring make sure you fish off the beach. Can’t wait to return! God Bless America!!!
