Can’t say enough about Avalon. Great views and everything we needed. We have been going to CSB for a number of years. This was the first time we haven’t stayed gulf front ; and went through Teresas. We were not disappointed. Truly the beach view is great and working with Teresa was a wonderful experience! There were 7 of us in the house ( 4 adults and 3 kids under age 10) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
Decks are big and relaxing. Having a heated pool was an extra bonus. Teresa and her daughter were exceptionally nice, helpful, personable and prompt in answering any questions we might have. Felt like we were talking with friends. Will recommend Teresa’s to everyone. Do not hesitate to book through them.

This home was a perfect fit for us for our yearly anniversary trip. The kids love the pool and such easy access to the beach. Incredible views of the sunset from the porches. The best thing about the house besides the beds was how every room has a view of the gulf.

We have stayed several times at Avalon and it is our favorite rental. We stayed two weeks and the sunsets were almost perfect most evenings. Even though it is first tier, the house is positioned to view the sunsets without the beachfront homes blocking it out. The view north is equally nice as you look down the dunes toward the mostly deserted beaches of Rish Park. The pool is very nice, and the furnishings are comfortable and in good condition. The outdoor shower has good water pressure and is very relaxing. The layout works very well for us too. The boardwalk to the beach is fairly level with a few gradual inclines, and there aren’t many steps to get down to the beach. We saw dolphins almost daily. The water is clear on most days being on the North Cape and currently the shallows go pretty far out into The Gulf. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Fantastic home with many amenities and so close to the beach. Floor plan is wonderful for numerous people. Kitchen has nice appliances and is well stocked. We are loyal customers of Teresa’s and their homes never disappoint. Will definitely rent this home again.

I have been coming to The cape for a quite a few years now.. Avalon was absolutely beautiful. There was so much space. It was very clean. We could sit out on any deck at night to watch the sunset . I had talked a couple of times over the telephone with then personally.. So polite, so courteous. They answered every question helped us through any hurdle that we had. I definitely will be renting again from them.

This is a great house to stay at . This was our third time at this house . It’s a short boardwalk to the beach . We love the master bedroom on the fourth floor by itself so if you need a quick break you can go up there . Teresa always responds quickly if there is any question or problems while you are there ! This a five star place to stay at !

Teresa’s homes are always clean and well maintained. We have stayed in their houses for over 10 years and have never had a problem. They are super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.

We’ve stayed in CSB for multiple years. Each time we’ve rented from Teresa’s Beach Home and have never been disappointed. The properties are top-notch and the Avalon is no exception. We really enjoyed the heated pool…it was so relaxing. The house is stocked with everything needed for a fun getaway!!!

We stayed at Avalon and had a wonderful time. We made sort of a last minute trip and Avalon was a great choice. The view of the beach was still nice and the pool was amazing.

For five years now, we have been leaving our Wisconsin home during January and February to spend Winter at Avalon in Cape San Blas. We love the peace and quiet it offers. Avalon has everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped and the extra bedrooms allow for occasional visitors. Avalon has become our home away from home. You can’t go wrong with any of the houses offered by Teresa’s Beach Homes. They are always quick to respond in the rare event that we need something.

Had a great time with two families at Avalon. The kitchen had all the right, new utensils and tools for cooking as well as Tupperware. House was very clean, in good shape and the beds were comfortable. Great views of the ocean and sunset from 3 balconies. Extremely short walk to beach and great pool. Terri and Teresa were wonderful to work with. Our third time booking with them!

My family recently spent a week at Avalon Beach Home. Everything was perfect! Very nice four bedroom home with great views of the gulf and a very short walk to the beach. We had a small internet interruption because of a previous storm and the owners were very responsive in quickly solving the
problem! Highly recommend this home!!

This was our 5th stay at Avalon and definitely won’t be our last. The location is perfect! We love the private pool and the elevator is great for my parents. Teresa and Terri make booking easy and are always very responsive. We’ll be back next year!

We recently stayed at Avalon with our kids and grandkids. We have stayed at Avalon several times and it has always been immaculate with all the essentials we need. Terri and Teresa are very responsive and easy to work with throughout the reservation process and our stay. We will be back!

The home is well keeper and spacious. Pool was excellent and only a short boardwalk to the beach. It fits my family needs perfectly and price wise is very good.

Avalon had absolutely everything we needed for 2 adults and 5 teens! There was space for us all to spread out, multiple decks with incredible unobstructed views, convince to the trading post, skully’s shrimp boil, and other restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as the beach closet (containing chairs, floats, a grill, ect). The walk to the beach was easy and only 100 steps away. I can’t say enough positives about my experience with Teresa’s Beach homes. We have stayed in multiple properties through them and will continue to come back; they are a wonderful family owned business and incredibly responsive to all needs.

We have always enjoyed our time at Bella Vista, Shore Thing and Avalon! The homes are always very clean and inviting and equipped with all the necessities to feel at home. The Avalon is a wonderful place for a restful and enjoyable stay in Cape San Blas. My friend and I were there with our 2 little dogs and everyone had a great time. I think the dogs may have had more fun then the 2 humans. The house is comfortable and well appointed. It’s listed as “not beach front” but the walkway to the beach provides immediate access to the beach – truly only a few seconds to toes in the sand! And the 3 decks provide a great view of the water and fabulous sunsets. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our trip and especially with our stay at the Avalon. Highly Recommend !!

We stayed a week at the Avalon March 2023. The home was perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Great views from every level. Beach is a short distance on a boardwalk. Enjoyed the private/heated pool. This is our third time renting from Teresa and we have enjoyed each home. Highly recommended her rentals.

Teresa always makes sure her houses are well stocked. I used to bring kettles and knives with me when we traveled to The Cape. Not any more! I always know she’ll have us covered. We have stayed in Avalon several times and are always pleased. Great location, pool and lots of space. We’ll continue to visit one of Teresa’s homes whenever possible. We absolutely love the Cape. This was our 4th trip and by far the best. Avalon met ALL of our needs! The home was better equipped than any home we’ve stayed in on the northern part of the Cape. The pool was so much fun for my grandkids and the rest of our family. Teresa”s Beach Homes puts so much thought into making a vacation relaxing! The views from the decks are breathtaking even though this is the first time we didn’t see a sunset due to clouds. A rainy day at the Cape is still a happy day! We have already booked for 2023 and plan to continue to book this home since it is clean, quiet, great ocean view, and proximity to beach. This house deserves much more than 5 stars!

We so enjoyed our second stay at Avalon (3rd stay with this company). We had everything we needed including perfect weather! We loved every minute. The house was clean and well maintained. We have already booked this house again!

Found CSB in 2020! Avalon is an awesome property! Great floor plan! Clean! Elevator! Pet friendly! Easy beach walk! Nice waterfall pool! The best views of the beach and the bay! Plenty of deck space to enjoy the ocean breeze! We loved Avalon! And we love working with Teresa and Terri! They’re the best! Thanks Teresa’s Beach Homes!

My husband and I spent January and February at Avalon. The house was perfect for us and is so close to the beach. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. We can’t wait to return in 2022.

Avalon is perfectly positioned to view relaxing sunsets from the decks. Our parents really appreciated the elevator, and that they could watch us on the beach from the deck. We have stayed at several of Teresa’s homes and they are always clean, very well maintained and decorated.
