Our family had a great time at the Horizon this year. This home is outstanding. It has a great location and view. The home is spacious and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bath. It’s everything we need at a great price. Teresa’s Beach Homes is great and we are returning guests each year. We can’t wait for our next trip!

We discovered Horizon and Teresa’s Beach Rentals during Covid. And we have been repeat visitors every year. First of all, Terri and Teresa are the best! I love having consistent humans to work with. And I love the fact that prices for the homes are set for the whole year and there are no surprise fees along the way.

Secondly Horizon is just gorgeous! The open floor plan is unique. There is an upstairs office and bonus room that overlooks the ocean. As long as it is feasible, we will continue is to come back to Horizon.

We have vacationed at the Cape every chance we get since 2011. My whole family loved staying at Horizon. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. New king beds were delivered right before our stay and they were so comfortable. As soon as you walk up the stairs or take the elevator from the carport you get the WOW FACTOR. The inside of the house is both beautiful and comfortable. We loved the couch that hugs you back and the cushy swivel chairs in the living room. Our favorite part was the wide wrap around porch that actually has comfortable seating and the best view of the ocean. I do a lot of cooking and did not find that I needed anything that I could not find in the kitchen. Plus the view from the kitchen will knock your socks off! When the kids got worn out from the beach we took the 1-2 minute stroll to the neighborhood pool. This house also has access to the bay with a long pier that we enjoyed walking too as well.

We have stayed in many of the homes from Teresa’s Beach Rentals, but this one was our absolute favorite. All of the homes were spectacular, but this one stood out from the rest. The house itself is modern and beautiful. It had everything that we needed for the week. We spent many nights in the observation room relaxing or reading or simply watching the sunsets. The beds were brand new, so we slept great after a long day at the beach and exploring. The house is at the end of the subdivision, so it is very quiet and has direct access to the gate to the beach. We spent time in the the pool each day and were the only ones there. This area of the beach was very quiet. The sand is beautiful, with great shelling. We really enjoyed the gazebo in the rain. It was nice to be outside just observing nature and waiting for a brief shower to pass. To us, The Cape is the best place on Earth, but staying in Horizon made it even more special.

Teresa Beach Homes are always comfortable and clean. The “Forgotten Coast” Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas are me and my family go to beaches. Teresa Beach Rentals is my go-to beach rental company when I want to make reservations at the beach in the “Forgotten Coast” area. My family’s favorite house is Horizon. Horizon has a wraparound porch that you can use for exercise. The sunsets are magnificent from the house. The third-floor observation room that looks out to the beach gives you a panoramic view of the beach and all of the beautiful sunsets. The wraparound porch lets you view the sunrises as well. Since the current updates to King beds in two of the three bedrooms, it has made a big difference.
The Horizon property is a treasured jewel of a beach home. Teresa Beach Rentals let you experience a personal touch of doing business when renting a beach home. Teresa Beach Homes is a family ran business and they definitely treat you like family and will go out of their way to make sure that you have an enjoyable and safe beach vacation.

Having met Theresa on several occasions she’s a down to earth person who you can tell genuinely wants you to enjoy yourself. If something comes up you call her, not some service company or stranger. To me that speaks volumes. She truely owns the entire experience to ensure your time with her is top notch. The houses are amazing and offer everything you’d need for a memorable and relaxing vacation. Year after year when discussing our beach trip its not what company to use but which house to pick with Theresas. I kind of hate sharing this review beacuse she’s always been my little secret! Just paying her kindness and exceptional service forward.

This was our second year staying at Horizon! That in itself says a lot! We have been going to Cape San Blas for 5 years now and this was the first time we rebooked the same house. We ABSOLUTELY love staying at Horizon! It is perfect for our family of 4- all of the bedrooms are so spacious, the new beds were great and the bathrooms are wonderful! The vibe of the house is so open and comfortable. The location is also really great- the short walk to the beach, the beachfront is stunning! Working with Teresa’s Beach Homes has been so easy! They always have any + all the information you would ever need, and their communication is great! We highly recommend Horizon + Teresa’s Beach Homes!!

We have stayed in one of Teresa’s Beach Homes many times over the years, but Horizon was our absolute favorite. The views from the observation room are absolutely amazing. The wrap around deck lets you view the sunset, sunrise and moon rise over the bay. The community pool was quiet and refreshing. We had it to ourselves the entire time. Access to the boardwalk, right next to the house was very convenient. There is also bay access with a new boardwalk. We love the Cape so much and staying in this house made it even better.

The Horizon is a beautiful property. We had everything we needed. My husband and I are seniors citizens and I have to add this might not be a good home anyone that is incapacitated. The stairs to the bedroom proved to be a little too much for us. Thank goodness for the elevator to the main level! The kitchen was well equipped; every pot, skillet, utensil you can think of was there. The fridge/freezer was a little small (we cooked breakfast and dinner every day). The new bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were soft and luxurious.
I can’t say enough about Teresa and her daughter Terri. We couldn’t figure out the TV and Teresa was quick to respond. This is the third year renting a house from them. If only they had a home more suited for seniors.

We had a wonderful week at Horizon. The views of the sunsets every afternoon from the deck were gorgeous. We will definitely be back. Teresa and Terry are so easy to work with. We always try to book with them when we visit the area!

This was our 4th time going to Cape San Blas for spring break, and this was by far our favorite rental! The house and location were perfect for our family. The home was very clean and well kept and we loved the layout! The customer service and information provided when booking was unmatched. They were beyond helpful, answering any question that came up. We would definitely recommend renting from Teresa’s Beach homes. 10/10!

We had such an amazing time at Horizon in Cape San Blas! The location is perfect and not too crowded. This house has everything you need for your beach trip. The views are awesome from both decks, and the elevator worked perfectly every time. We will definitely be back!

This home was immaculate! Everything about Horizon House was perfect! A gulf front beauty in a safe area. House didn’t have the typical, boring beach decor. It had unique, well chosen decor with white being the primary color making it “clean looking” & not overdone. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! The elevator worked perfectly which usually is not the case in home elevators — it functioned perfectly every single time. Terry & Teresa are a pleasure to work with when booking accommodations. I always check with them first when I’m booking at Cape San Blas. I will definitely book Horizon House again,

We booked a two weeks stay at Cape San Blas from late October into November. The weather never dipped below 75 and it didn’t rain at all. In fact, the weather was the most glorious of all our visit to CSB over the past decade! The house was HORIZON located in the gated Hybiscus Community on north end. It was laid out so well, had comfortable furniture, plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, and right beside the private walk way to the beach. We especially enjoyed the panoramic view of the Gulf from all the decks and windows. It was exceptionally clean! We will rent this house again.

This was our second year staying at Horizon. A wonderful, comfortable home that is well stocked. Access to the beach is easy and the community pool is a plus, we had it all to ourselves. The gulf views, especially at sunset, are fantastic. TBH’s are great to work with!

I cannot say enough about our experience at Horizon. This is a beautiful property, from the cleanliness of the inside, the great spaces to hang out in, the amazing views, and the privacy. Great extra convenience to have the elevator and separate bathrooms for all guest rooms! The pool is very nice. The walk to the beach is short and so easily accessible. I don’t think you can find a better rental for the price on the Cape!

We have stayed here before but still appreciate it even more each time. It has an amazing decor, view and atmosphere. House has amazing Karma!!! We will definitely stay there again

Our family loved our week stay at Horizon in CSB. The house was well stocked. Great times on the deck listening to music and watching incredible sunsets. The pool was refreshing and not crowed. Look forward to a return trip!

Horizon is located in a quiet gated community located on the north end of the Cape. Horizon’s location adjacent to an undeveloped stretch of shore line is priceless. The home’s open design and several windows provide unobstructed views of the water. The home has a well equipped kitchen, an office, and a unique observation room on the upper level that offers unrivaled vistas of the gulf. Would I return? In a heart beat!

First of all, this is our third year working with Teresa’s Beach Homes. We love the personal service. I can call with any question and I get an actual kind human who responds to my questions. I have always found that to be the case – every single time – over the last 3+ years. Also, the fact that their rates are all inclusive is so helpful. Often with other rental agencies, I’m afraid of what the final bill will actually be. Terri is honest and helpful! Totally recommend.

Our first stay at HORIZON and WOW! After 21 years of renting at the Cape, i studied hard to find a different rental that would meet our aging leg needs a bit better! We now need elevator or 1 level rentals AND easy beach access! HORIZON solved both! Elevator to main level and a flat and level BEACH/GAZEBO access boardwalk (no humps/no steps) all the way to the beach end! There are steps at the end that lead directly onto a secluded section of Cape Beach below! The same goes for the BAY/GAZEBO access boardwalk and twin docks across the street in the Bay section of this amazing gated community! Add to that a community POOL/PAVILION that is rarely used…all easily access on flat level walkways and boardwalks via walking or biking! We rented a pair of adult tricycles and they allowed us to quickly access all the above areas in minutes! It made all the difference in the world for me! The house design is awesome and the best stocked kitchenware ever! The views are beyond fantastic! A few small items that would be greatly appreciated and add to the beauty of this house… a bit more clothing storage in the bedrooms (open shelving/high boy or a fold out suitcase stand)….at next upgrade, sofas and chairs that are standard height from floor vs so low you have to roll onto the floor to get up and out of them!….. lastly, shades on the Gulf facing windows to control the hot mid afternoon sun before it drops low enough to make those beautiful sunsets! Other than that, this HORIZON is ALMOST PERFECT!

This place was spectacular with amazing views from every window. Our favorite without a doubt so far. Well cared for rental and very well stocked. My wife enjoyed walking the beautiful beach and seeing all the dog beach walkers every morning. Counting the days until we meet again next year.

Horizon is located on a spectacular section of the Cape with large natural sand dunes.. The wrap around deck offers views off the gulf and bay, A second floor seating area, or an observation room, offers outstanding views of the gulf. It’s a perfect place to watch the sunset. The home is well appointed and super quiet inside. The beach is just a few steps away via a neighborhood boardwalk. The neighborhood has a beautiful pool and pavilion that is a few minutes walk from Horizon.

Overall, my experience at Horizon was excellent The home is easy on the eyes, full of natural light, nicely appointed, with outstanding views of the gulf and St.Joe bay. Horizon is steps from a beautiful stretch of the Cape that was ideal for relaxing and soaking in the the natural beauty of the area. We enjoyed the nearby pool and the comfortable furniture there.Terrie, and Teresa were very pleasant to work with and provided assistance in renting a cabana from Happy Cabana. They setup and removed chairs and cabana each day.

We loved everything about this house! The location is great also having the pool was a bonus since the water was rough a few days. The only thing I would change about this house is at least in one bathroom add a pull down shower head to help people with small children. It was definitely a pain to get my three year old washed off everyday but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here. Just a heads up for people with small kids that there is no bath. I just didn’t pay attention to that when I booked. Also this area we basically had the beach to ourselves which was very nice. I can’t wait to hopefully stay here again next year!

We were a little worried that our beloved cape would still be down and out because of the hurricane,but were pleasantly surprised to find our usual house, Horizon, and Cape San Blas were in great shape! As usual the house had all the space and amenities we’ve come to expect. It was spotless and so conducive to our family’s needs. Some of the protecting dunes were a little washed away by the storm, so we felt like the beach view was even a little better. Had just as much fun on our rental boat on St. Joe’s bay too! Will definitely be back! P.S. We DID miss Indian Pass Raw Bar. I think they’re reopening in Sept though!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It’s well appointed & had everything we needed! The community boardwalk was rarely used by others, as well as the community pool. The handful of times we went to the pool, we had it to ourselves. The view was beautiful from the balconies! The only thing I would change would be that the outside shower was actually enclosed where others couldn’t see in. We had a great stay!

This was our second visit for our family at Horizon so you know we love it there. Everything is so clean and there is never a problem. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

If you enjoy no hassle booking and no hidden fees give Terri and Teresa a call. The house we booked was beautiful with an unobstructed view of the gulf! Being an old Navy man I particularly enjoyed seeing the “green flash” again! If you don’t know what that is it’s as the sun sets the very thinnest edge before it drops below the horizon turns brilliant green. Do stop at the grocery store before you check in as groceries are very limited on the cape.

Loved this beach home. It is situated perfectly in the middle of Cape San Blas right on the beach. The shared pool was awesome for the teens in the evening and was well maintained. So convenient to have Scallop Cove 2 blocks away for quick items that were forgotten. Loved that the main balcony was on the top floor. We had awesome views and nice ocean breezes. We are already planning our visit to this home in 2021.

This was our first year in Horizon and our 16th year with Teresa’s Beach Homes. Both the property and the property management are first class! The Cape is incredibly magical destination.The winter months are quiet and restorative! We’re already booked for 2022! Thanks Teresa, Terri and Chris for all you do!

We’re not millionaires, but we felt like we were for two weeks in 2019. This home is a spectacular piece of architecture that brings the Gulf up close and personal. Attractive and quiet gated enclave, boardwalk to the long stretches of uncrowded beach, and access to a lengthy dock on the sound side of the Cape. Great food and drink a short ways away. The property managers were very helpful. I hope to stay at Horizon again.

My week at Horizon in 2020 marked my third time at the property. The openness and amenities encourages me to return for another visit. I have alternated visits over the last five years. The location is convenient to both ends of the Cape. The kitchen is large and has all of the utensils a person could need for the stay at the beach. The beautiful view of the beach provides inspiring sunsets. The top floor observation room is spacious and quiet. The convenience of the elevator helps with luggage and the unloading of supplies. When we had a slight electrical challenge, the maintenance worker came at night in the rain to help solve the problem. Definitely worth a stay at any time.
