Listed rates are total all inclusive rates, except pet fee. Our pet fee is $100 for up to 2 pre-approved dogs.

*Weekly Stays- $500 down payment
*Multiple weeks – $1000 down payment
*Monthly Rentals – Half the balance is required for down payment.
Final Balance Schedule
Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Incidentals
We require a valid credit card to be left on file or a $400 refundable damage deposit paid up front for all reservations

Two bedrooms have attached baths. The other queen & bunk share a bath in the hall on the same floor.

- Weekly during January 2-30, 2027 $1797.80 per week

Pet Friendly: Most all of our homes are pet friendly for up to 2 dogs.
Private Elevators: Some homes have private elevators *Elevator Policy
Community Pools: Some homes have access to community pool
Private Heated Pools: Some homes have seasonally heated private pools.
Our private pools are heated as needed from the first weekly rental in March until the weekend after Thanksgiving. They are not heated during monthly winter stays due unpredictable weather and the fact that our pools do not have pool heat blankets for safety reasons. *Pool Heat Policy
