Phenomenal vacation house right on the water. Has one of the best furnished kitchens of any rental I’ve been in over the past 20 years. Incredible views from the balconies and the weather this year was incredibly good. The beds were comfortable. Grandkids loved the close proximity to the beach. The cooks appreciated being able to see the beach when standing at the sink. Our only complaint is it’s time to replace the couches in the living room. They were not comfortable and the inability to have throw pillows currently only accentuated it. Also the fans in the living room didn’t have lights so we needed to drag a floor lamp over to the small table we used for games due to the lack of lighting in that quadrant of the living room. But those two issues were totally overshadowed by the pluses this house has to offer.
