This is our 2nd stay in this home, and we have already booked for summer 2022. We come with our grown daughter and our large breed dogs. The Wi-Fi is sound which is important since our daughter must be in touch with work and is also working on her graduate degree while we vacation. The porch is amazing as she can sit there to do her work with a fantastic view of the ocean. Having the screened area and the deck gives us a fantastic place to let dogs dry and cool off after they romp on the beach. While humans are taking a break from the sand, you can still enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean. It you like to run, head up the road to the path and take a right. If you run 3-4 miles round trip, half of your view is the bay. Just beautiful early in the morning. There kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and the large table is great for family meals or for working on a puzzle after dinner. There are plenty of linens and the house has been clean both times we’ve rented – once during the height of COVID-19 Pandemic. Oh, if you have forgotten something, you can just walk to the Tradin’ Post. If you are looking for a small house on the beach that is also affordable, this is the house! Did I mention the only carpet is a living room and a kitchen rug? This makes it so much easier for you to bring your furry family members, too!
