Knotty Pelican is a very good vacation rental. The only thing that could make it better is an elevator. Amenities are nice and the house is very clean.We must give Teresa’s Beach Homes five starts plus for their outstanding customer service. One of our guests forgot an expensive pair of prescription sunglasses upon checkout. I was able to get in touch with Terri and she contacted one of the persons getting the house back in order (Missy) for the next rental and they were able to find the glasses and get them returned to us.It’s great to know there are still honest people in this world (and to reward them) for doing the right thing.We have rented from Teresa’s Beach Homes in the past and have always received five star plus service.Thank you to you and your staff!!!!!
